Most of the time I know what is going on in my children's lives b/c of social media.  Luckily for VISCO I got a little glimpse of Allison at school in her culinary class :)

We sent this picture to Tami telling her Konrad was going to be a cat for the mascaraed ball.  Unfortunately it smelled like mold so he didn't really get to be a cat :(

Camryn and Grandpa Clay took turns drawing during sacrament meeting and this was the end result.  I'm a little frightened.  haha

We got a new table!  I cried many times over not using my grandma Riding's table anymore.  I loved having that little (well actually not so little) piece of her in my home.  

The last puzzle completed on Grandma's table...it was tricky one but I didn't give up!

A yummy new cafe opened at they have Acai bowls!  It's in downtown Sumner and I'm super excited about it!

Dentist for Allison and Camryn

Jenna came to town for Allison's bday weekend at the cabin!  Crystal Roberts gave them tickets to go see One Republic and they had a great time.  Konrad drove them down there and then drove for Lyft while he waited for them.  He made close to $200 that night :)

Survivor started!!!  Cam, Konrad, and I are watching it together each Wednesday night.  Missing Sam :(

Mascaraed Ball/Tri Stake 16+ Homecoming

 The tri stake youth committee had a formal homecoming planned for Sept 17th, hosted by our stake.  When I mentioned this to the Relief Society Activity committee back in Jan or Feb they decided we should host an adult dance the night before and use the same decorations.  

The RS committee spent 3 hours on Thursday night putting up lights and setting up Christmas trees.  Friday after Tami's zumba class we continued decorating, this time the stake youth leaders were there to help as well.  The youth from our stake wanted a woodsy/princess-y feel.  Some of us were there until 5:30, some until 7:28 right before the adult dance was beginning.  

Two ladies offered to decorate our food table for us and it was beyond what we could have imagined! They are starting a floral business and wanted to try something this big out.  We lucked out!

I wasn't feeling super well, but luckily dancing distracted me and I had so much fun dancing with my friends (and Konrad during the slow songs...and like 2 other songs :))

The day of the youth dance I was feeling miserable but I still wanted to go.  Konrad told me that was a stupid idea...one it wouldnt help me get better to be out past midnight and two I'd be spreading my germs. So decided to stay home.  I cried for a good hour or so b/c I was so bummed to miss something we had planned for so long and I really wanted to be there with the youth as they enjoyed it.  

Cam and I stopped by Saturday morning to drop off food:

Luckily my friends kept me updated on how it was going and it seems like it was a giant success!
