Allison is 10!!!

Allison turned 10 today!  In true Crabtree fashion, we made her birthday last and last and last.

It all started with a party on the 20th with the Riding side...celebrating Kenzie (6) as well.

 Her facial expressions crack me up:

 She wanted brownies and ice cream for this party.

Then on the 26th we had her friend party.
She had an art party and wanted a paint splatter cake.  I did my best :)

 They taped off canvases and then painted them, removing the tape when dry.  I didn't take any pictures of the finished products.  Oops!

 The we used our artist skills on cookies.  My girls (and I) are obsessed with Royal Icing...so much fun to decorate with!

 Then the girls drew a picture of Allison, while being blindfolded.

 Time for presents.  She was spoiled rotten, once again!

Then on the 27th Grandpa and Grandma Crabtree came over for dinner, presents, and dessert:

 Camryn is always pretending to be a kitty.  She just learned that kittens clean themselves with their tongues, so she is pretending to lick her arm.

 Konrad took the older 3 on an adventure to find the blood red moon.  I stayed home and put Cam to bed.

 And finally, the real day is here.  We had donuts for breakfast, she took cookies to school, we met Dad for dinner at Denny's (her choice...chocolate chip pancakes!!!), and now she is at the Mariners game with Konrad.

Happy Birthday Allison!  We love everything about you!  Thank you for being you!

Leah Broadbent came to stay with us for a few days while her parents were in Utah, so she is in many of the next photos.

 We joined the Kids Bowl Free program this summer.  There is a bowling alley 10 minutes from our house.  We only made it 3 or 4 times, but that is b/c we were gone for 6 weeks of the summer.  Next year, we will do better.  Camryn thought it was pretty fun.  Well she thought the first game was fun, she thought the second was a bad idea...
