Homecoming 2016

Kimber had homecoming last night.  She went with Jake as her date and a bunch of other people in their group.

Her homecoming started at 12:30 when Stefanie Marshal came over to do her hair. 

Then she went to Caytlynn Hansens to get her makeup done by Caytlynn and Ashlee Barry. 

Here she is once she was home and all prettied up.   All dressed and ready to go.  Just have to wait for 2 hours :)

Everyone came over here around 4:45 for pictures before hand and then they got on the party bus at about 5:45.  The party bus drove them to Dicks in Seattle for dinner.  Then the bus took them to the dance.  The bus then would have taken them to a friends house around 10:00, but Kimber, Jake, Rylee, and Marcus all wanted to stay at the dance, so we picked them up when it was over and brought them back here for ice cream.  

She said it was a fun night!

 Of course Zac joined in on the celebration!  Marcus, Rylee's date, was coming from a tennis match and wasn't able to be here for pictures.  Zac was kind enough to step in for him...

 So cute and she doesn't even look as tiny as she normally does next to him...4 inch heels definitely help!

 The dock was not an easy thing to walk on with thin heels...I was so worried one of those girls was going to end up in the water!  Their heels kept slipping in the cracks.  They were funny to watch move around...so slowly and carefully.

 Last year when they met at Rylee's for pictures her dad had gotten sparkling cider and champagne flutes for them and Kimber said that was her favorite part and asked if we could do the same. 

 I realized after they left how I should have had them stand (just closer together and not shoulder to shoulder, more turned to the side so the circle would have been smaller)...next year will be better!

 Jake's dad had these boys gather all the food, dishes, cups, etc from outside and bring it in the house before they left.  So sweet of them to help!

 Rylee left Marcus' boutonniere at our house, so when they got here I had her pretend to put in on him.
